About the role
We are looking for a strategic HR Analyst to act as a bridge between the Human Resources department and business units in Caracas. The role will support talent development, organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with payroll and HR policies.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization.
- Facilitate organizational change and culture-building projects.
- Manage payroll processes as a mandatory function.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Payroll processing expertise.
