Healthcare Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for medical positions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify job requirements with hiring managers and manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Source candidates from internal databases, job boards, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
• Review resumes, submit qualified candidates to hiring managers, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Maintain recruitment records, support team projects, and follow established policies and guidelines.
• Utilize project‑management tools to track recruitment activities and ensure timely delivery.
