E-commerce Operations & Growth Associate

About the role

We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand focused on simplifying everyday pet care. As an Operations & Growth Associate you will work across the business – from daily operational tasks to strategic initiatives – helping to build, improve, and scale our online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct research, translate findings into actionable solutions, and implement process improvements.
• Support and optimise e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
• Identify inefficiencies, design better workflows, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Assist product development, sourcing, testing, and launch of new items.
• Brainstorm, test, and execute growth ideas and new marketing opportunities.
• Leverage tools like ChatGPT and Helium 10 for research, analytics, and growth strategies.

Required profile

• Independent, self‑driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Detail‑oriented, resourceful and quick at solving problems.
• Strong communicator who can convey ideas clearly and concisely.
• Passionate about building and scaling a business.

Required skills

• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify).
• Experience using ChatGPT, Helium 10, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong research and problem‑solving abilities.
