Deputy Chief Information Officer

About the role

AICS Solutions is seeking a Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) to join its remote team. In this senior leadership position you will guide IT operations, shape technology strategy, and ensure that the organization’s digital infrastructure supports its business objectives securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations and maintain robust, secure infrastructure.
• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Drive the optimisation of business processes through technology.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and external partners to implement innovative solutions.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in IT operations and management.
• Strong background in IT strategy and business process improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and strategic‑thinking abilities.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP or CISSP are a plus.
