Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring smooth journeys across multiple time zones and regulatory environments. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections and submit or reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze and manage existing travel processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms or government officials.
• Document, update and propose enhancements to travel‑related procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
