Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Construction Supervisor to join our Caracas team. The role is on‑site and focuses on overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects meet schedule and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction sites and manage daily operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and compliance.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a secure work environment.
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Monitor progress against timelines and take corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience with strong team‑coordination and leadership abilities.
• Hands‑on experience in site supervision and inspection.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and local building codes.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
