About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support the US Embassy Venezuela BLS Services contract, ensuring compliance with the Statement of Work and driving operational excellence across the program.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist the Project Manager, cover staffing gaps, and chair Risk Review Board meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership on risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and supply‑chain optimization.
- Analyze key metrics, recommend process improvements, and support reporting for risk and performance.
- Maintain data integrity, monitor performance measures, and communicate standards to staff.
- Enhance inbound logistics, supplier performance, and Quality Consolidation Center (QCC) operations.
- Manage program supply‑chain operations and drive quality and material turn‑around.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in contract performance management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supply‑chain management.
- BA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance (US citizenship required).
