Ad Optimization Specialist – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

MonetizeMore is seeking an Ad Optimization Specialist for its LATAM publisher portfolio. Working remotely, you will act as the primary technical advisor and strategic champion, ensuring ad health, maximizing yield, and positioning MonetizeMore as an essential growth partner.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test, and manage end‑to‑end ad stacks in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and header‑bidding environments.
• Analyze inventory to identify top‑performing units and implement layout or stack adjustments for revenue growth.
• Drive adoption of PubGuru technology features across publisher sites.
• Provide revenue consulting by designing custom optimization strategies and uncovering new market opportunities.
• Run weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews, interpreting data to spot trends and meet KPIs.
• Lead client calls, share insights, and educate publishers on emerging ad technologies.
• Conduct daily quality checks on placements, monitor CPM, Page RPM, and Session RPM, and resolve fluctuations promptly.
• Audit sites and demand partners for strict compliance with Google policies.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in ad operations and stack configuration.
• Experience working with LATAM publishers or similar regional markets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable revenue strategies.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
